UP Board Result 2026 Date and Time: UPMSP High School, Inter Results In April Last Week?
UP Board Result Date 2026: Over 52 lakh Uttar Pradesh Board students are eagerly awaiting their results. The 2026 board exam results for Classes 10 and 12 are expected to be announced soon. UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh has confirmed that the results will be released in the last week of April, reported News18 Hindi. This announcement is a relief for all students who appeared for the exams in February and March. The board has completed the evaluation process promptly, and result preparation is now in its final phase.
When And How Was The Assessment Completed?
The evaluation of UP Board answer sheets was completed on April 4, 2026. The process ran from March 18 to April 4, covering 15 working days. Due to the Eid and Ram Navami holidays, the evaluation deadline was extended from April 1 to April 4.
How Many Copies Were Checked?
Nearly 2.7 crore answer sheets of around 52 lakh students who appeared for the Class 10 and 12 exams were evaluated. A total of 1,53,000 examiners participated in this large-scale task. The entire process took place under CCTV surveillance. Mobile phones were strictly prohibited for examiners. For security, armed police were deployed round the clock at each evaluation centre. In all, 254 evaluation centres were set up.
How Many Students Appeared In The Exam?
The UP Board exams were conducted from February 18 to March 12, 2026. For high school (Class 10), 27,61,696 students were registered, of whom about 26 lakh appeared. For intermediate (Class 12), 25,76,082 students were registered, of whom about 24 lakh appeared. In total, 53,37,778 candidates were registered, and 2.87 lakh were absent. The exams were held at 8,033 examination centres across the state.
How Much Time Will It Take To Prepare Result?
With evaluation complete, tabulation and processing are currently underway. According to UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh, it will take 20 to 25 days to prepare the results. In 2025, the results were declared on April 25, which was 23 days after evaluation was completed.
Once the results are announced, students will be able to check and download their scorecards from the official website, upmsp.edu.in.
