Tom Holland Poses For Fan During Mumbai Cafe Outing With Christopher Nolan, Matt Damon; Internet Says ‘Never Been More Jealous’
A random outing turned out to be one of the most unforgettable experiences for a man in Mumbai after he spotted Hollywood stars Tom Holland, Matt Damon and Christopher Nolan. The legendary filmmaker, along with the two actors, were in Mumbai for the premiere and promotional events of their film, The Odyssey.
Ahead of the event, the trio stepped out for tea and bun maska at the 108-year-old Olympia Coffee House in Colaba. Videos and photos from their outing have gone viral online. But for one man, who happened to be there, just enjoying his food, the moment turned out to be all the more special when the Spider-Man actor waved at him.
“Tom Holland and Christopher Nolan casually sipping tea beside my table in Colaba wasn’t on my list today," the text atop the clip read. The few-second clip captured the trio taking their seats for tea at the iconic restaurant. However, before the food arrived, Tom noticed the man filming him, and, as a gesture of acknowledgement, he turned to the camera and flashed a victory sign.
Afterwards, he was seen enjoying a glass of tea with the others as a crowd gathered around to catch a glimpse of the Hollywood stars.
“Some People Are Just God’s Favourites"
Once the clip surfaced on social media, people went berserk, with many calling the man “God’s favourite" for capturing the trio by just being in the right place at the right time.
“Some people are just god’s favourites, and I’m so not one of them apparently," said a user.
Another person wrote, “Bro, I still can’t process the fact that some Mumbaikars are casually witnessing Christopher Nolan in person."

Someone else commented, “Imagine you’re just sitting in a random café, eating, and suddenly Christopher Nolan just pops up out of nowhere."
A different person jokingly said, “I have never been more jealous of someone in my entire life."
“Happy to see Mumbaikars randomly meeting them, luckiest people…and more happy to see influencers n celebs not even having a hint of this happening," an individual mentioned.
About The Odyssey
The Odyssey, based on Homer’s legendary epic poem, follows Odysseus, the Greek king of Ithaca, on his long and dangerous journey home after the Trojan War. Matt Damon plays Odysseus, while Tom Holland plays Telemachus, Odysseus’ son.
Directed by Christopher Nolan, the film also features a heavyweight ensemble cast including Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya and Charlize Theron. The Indian premiere of The Odyssey was held at PVR Icon IMAX in Phoenix Palladium, Mumbai, on July 10 and 11. The film will hit theatres on July 17.
