Shringar House Of Mangalsutra IPO Listing Price Prediction: 64x Subscription, Allotment Tomorrow
The initial public offering (IPO) of Shringar House of Mangalsutra attracted bids for 1,02,59,15,670 shares against the 1,70,16,000 shares on offer, as per stock exchange data available at 17:30 IST on Friday, 12 September 2025. This translates into a subscription of 63.97 times.
Investors who have applied are looking at the allotment status, which is scheduled to conclude on September 15. The company will list its shares on both BSE and NSE, with the tentative listing date fixed for September 17.

According to market observers, shares of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Ltd are expected to be listed at Rs 196 on the BSE and the NSE, as per its grey market premium. The GMP currently stands at Rs 31, which is nearly 18.75% over its IPO price of Rs 165, indicating a strong listing for the issue.
The GMP is based on market sentiments and keeps changing. ‘Grey market premium' indicates investors' readiness to pay more than the issue price.
Allotment is expected on September 15, 2025 (post current date).
