While the shop sells a variety of snacks, what immediately caught viewers' attention was a rat roaming freely across the counter where the food was openly displayed. What begins as a normal food clip quickly turns alarming as rats scurry over trays containing food.
No shop personnel are seen in the footage attempting to drive the rodents away. According to reports, the Railways responded by stating that a complaint had been registered and a penalty had been imposed on the stall owner. However, the video's authenticity is yet to be verified.

Internet Slams Owners For Unhygienic Practices
Online users were furious to see the footage. A person said, “Such spoiled food should be served to the shop owners," while another noted, “I literally bought sandwiches from this shop like yesterday, and I am getting this reel now."
There were others who pointed out the constant, unhygienic state of Railway stations. “If it's a railway station, then definitely it's unhygienic," said one user.
Many people also came up with sarcastic comments. An individual said, “Relax, guys wo quality control officer hai… Railways ne appoint kiya hai," while another mentioned, “That's why the food tastes so tasty."
“It's very common in Indian railways. Indian Railways serve the most unhygienic foods, be it in trains or the stalls at the stations. I have seen cockroaches and rats roaming around inside the eateries at CSMT as well," another comment read.
