Kerala Board Plus 2 Result 2026 Live Updates: The Department of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) Kerala will declare the +2 or class 12 results 2026 today, May 25. It will be released at 3 PM. Students awaiting their DHSE +2 Kerala board results 2026 can view their scorecards on the official websites of the Board. Students can also access their results through SMS, once out. To do so, they must type the SMS in the following format: KERALA12(space)registration number and send it to 56263.

Students who appeared for the Kerala class 12th board exams but did not clear the test will be eligible for the SAY Plus Two exam. They can register for all subjects in which they failed to secure a D+ grade or above. Regular candidates who took the class 12th exams and obtained a D+ grade or higher in all subjects are also eligible to appear for the improvement examination, but only to enhance the grade of one subject. Private candidates are not eligible for the improvement examination.
The Science stream achieved the highest pass percentage at 83.25% last year, followed by the Commerce stream with 74.21%. The Humanities stream recorded a pass percentage of 69.16%.

Students who did not pass the exams this year can appear for the Save-a-Year (SAY) supplementary exams. The schedule for these Kerala 12th SAY exams will be released shortly after the results are declared.

To clear the Kerala Plus Two (Class 12) exams in 2026, students must secure at least 30% marks in each component— theory, practical, and internal assessment. A minimum overall grade of D+ in every subject is required to pass. The evaluation follows a 9-point grading scale, ranging from A+ to E, with D+ being the cutoff for passing. Falling below this results in a ‘failed’ status.
A total of 41 students scored full marks in all subjects last year whereas 30,145 students secured A+ across all subjects in Kerala 12th results 2025.
The DHSE Kerala Plus Two (12th) Results for 2025 were declared on May 22. It recorded an overall pass percentage of 77.81%. Among the streams, the Science stream recorded the highest pass percentage at 83.25%, followed by Commerce at 74.21%, while the Humanities stream registered a pass percentage of 69.16%.
Students who fail in one or two subjects in the Kerala 12th board exams have the opportunity to retake those subjects in the upcoming months. By paying the required exam fee, students can register for the Kerala Plus Two Supplementary Test.

The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan is set to announce the Plus Two (Class 12) results today, May 26 at 3 PM during a press conference. Once released, students will be able to access their scores through the official websites — keralaresults.nic.in, dhsekerala.gov.in, and pareekshabhavan.kerala.gov.in.
