CBSE Results 2026 Date And Time Live Updates: The CBSE Board Class 10th and 12th result 2026 is expected is announced soon. With the class 10 phase two exams slated to begin on May 15, the results are expected to be out by April-end whereas the class 12 scorecards could be released by May. However, an official confirmation by the board is awaited.
Students who appeared for the exams can access their results on the official website — results.cbse.nic.in, once declared. Additionally, results will also be available on other portals including cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and digilocker.gov.in. For the past two years, the results were declared on May 13.
How To Check CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2026 Online?
Step 1: Visit the official result website – cbseresults.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link that says ‘CBSE Class 10 Result 2026’ or ‘CBSE Class 12 Result 2026’ on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your roll number, school number, and date of birth as required.
Step 4: Your Class 12/10 marksheet will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and save a copy of the result for future use.
If you’ve misplaced your admit card, first check DigiLocker (if linked to your Aadhaar) or reach out to your school to get a duplicate. Ensure you have the correct details to access your result online before they are announced.
To pass the board exams, students must obtain at least 33% in each theory subject. They are also required to score a minimum of 33% in practicals, projects, and internal assessments. Overall, students must achieve 33% marks in the combined theory and practical components to clear the exam.

Step 2: Select your class
Step 3: Provide the required details, including your school code, roll number and 6-digit security PIN (provided by your school).
Step 4: After filling in the details, click on “Next”.
Step 5: To verify the OTP sent to the registered mobile number, enter the OTP and click on “Submit” to proceed.
Once the process is complete and your details are confirmed, your DigiLocker account will be successfully activated.
Step 6: Click on “Go to DigiLocker account” to proceed to your account.
To check CBSE 10th, 12th result, students have to enter their following details:

— School number

– Navigate to the ‘Services’ section and tap on ‘CBSE’.
– Log in using your registered mobile number via OTP or MPIN.
– Enter your credentials such as registration number and other required details.
– Submit the information – your CBSE Class 10 or 12 result will be displayed on the screen.
While the official date and time for the CBSE 2025 Class 10 and 12 results are awaited, experts predict the results may follow last year’s pattern, with the declaration likely in the second week of May. In 2024 and 2025, the CBSE results were announced on May 13 while in 2023, it was out on May 12. However, it is to be noted that there will be second phase exams for class 10, which is slated to begin on May 15. Hence, the 10th results can be expected by April.
Once the CBSE Class 10 and 12 results are announced, students can easily check their results on the official CBSE websites: cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class 10 and 12 results for 2026 soon. While the official date and time are yet to be confirmed, students are eagerly waiting for the announcement. Once out, it will be available on cbse.nic.in.
