Now, Hina Khan revealed deets from the groom's joota churai ritual.
In a video posted on Instagram, Hina Khan was papped when she was entering her vanity van after taking a small break from the shoot. There, she was asked about the joota churai ritual, where the bride's girlfriends or sisters used to hide her groom's shoes and pledge to return them on demand for a hefty cash amount. In reply, the actress shared, “Isha (Malviya) aur maine joota churai ki hai [Isha (Malviya) and I stole shoes]."
Hina Khan Expresses Her Happiness Over The Joota Churai Ritual
In the same conversation, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress also revealed the huge amount she and Isha Malviya had collected from Avika Gor's husband, Milind Chandwani. “Joota churai ke 1 lakh 11 hajar rupaye miley hai humein [We have recovered Rs 1 lakh 11 thousand for stealing shoes]," she said, leaving the interviewer to congratulate her on the same.
Hina then continues expressing her happiness and shared, “Hum bahut bahut bahut khush hai. Aate hain. [We are very, very happy. Coming in a moment.]"

Afterwards, Isha can be seen entering the frame with the joota churai amount, leaving Hina and others more excited. As the Kasautii Zindagii Kay actress takes the amount in her hand, she shows how she hid Milind's shoes by wearing them.

The duo first met in Hyderabad in 2020 through mutual friends. Soon their friendship turned into love, and the couple announced their engagement in June this year. Finally, they got married on September 30.
