But now, another clip has caught everyone's attention; this one showing a heartwarming exchange between an aged woman and a TTE inside a sleeper coach. Instead of a ticket, the woman handed over her Aadhaar card, and the TTE's response has left people touched online.
The short video, now circulating widely, shows how a simple act of patience and kindness can brighten someone's day. Many people praised the TTE for handling the situation with such calmness and respect.
The Moment That Melted Hearts
The clip opens with the TTE sitting across from the elderly woman inside the train. When he politely asks for her ticket, she opens her handbag, looks through it for a moment, and then gives him her Aadhaar card instead. The TTE smiles as he takes it and asks her again for the ticket, but she looks confused and softly says, “I only have this."
Rather than reacting harshly, the TTE continues to smile and examines the card. In the next few moments, he can be seen asking her a few gentle questions, trying to make her feel comfortable.
Though she appears a little scared and unsure, the TTE calmly tells her to keep it and doesn't ask her to move from her seat. His patience and empathy have earned him praise from viewers all over social media.
