CBSE To Hold Webinar On Dual Board Exams For Class 10 Students On November 20
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct a webinar tomorrow, November 20 to help Class 10 students with their queries about the two board examinations for the 2025-26 academic session. This webinar is open to everyone and will be streamed on the Board's official YouTube channel.
CBSE announced on its official X (formerly Twitter) account, “CBSE is organising a webinar on 20 November 2025 regarding the conduct of Two Board Examinations for Class 10 as mandated under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020," reads the notice.
The purpose of this webinar is to inform and guide all stakeholders on the procedures for conducting the examinations smoothly and fairly. CBSE stated, “The webinar aims to disseminate information and sensitise all stakeholders about the modalities to be followed for the smooth and fair conduct of the examinations."
CBSE has further requested that all schools, teachers, officials, parents, and concerned stakeholders attend the webinar as per the issued instructions.
In June 2025, CBSE announced that the national education board will adopt a dual-session board exam format for Class 10 students. This means that Class 10 students will now have the opportunity to take the board exams twice a year. The first session will be conducted in February-March, with the second session taking place in May. Results will be declared in April and June, respectively.

Students will have the chance to improve their performance in up to three subjects, including science, mathematics, social science, and languages.
According to the schedule, the CBSE 10th exams 2026 will take place from February 17 to March 10, 2026, while the CBSE 12th exams 2026 will be conducted from February 17 to April 9, 2026. The exams will be held from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM, depending on the subjects.
