CBSE Invites Applications For 124 Junior Assistant & Other Posts, Apply Now
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the online application process for recruitment to Junior Assistant and several other posts. Eligible candidates can apply on the official website, cbse.gov.in. The recruitment drive aims to fill 124 vacancies across Group A, B and C categories. The last date to submit the application form is 22 December 2025.
Vacancy Details
CBSE has announced openings for multiple posts. The vacancies include:
Assistant Secretary: 8 posts
Assistant Professor & Assistant Director: 27 posts
Accounts Officer: 2 posts
Superintendent: 27 posts
Junior Translation Officer: 9 posts
Junior Accountant: 16 posts
Junior Assistant: 35 posts
Eligibility Criteria
The board has specified that candidates must meet the required qualifications, age limits and other conditions for the respective posts. The detailed notification provides complete information on essential and desirable qualifications, job responsibilities and experience requirements where applicable.

Application & Processing Fee
The examination fee consists of two components.
Application Fee: Not applicable for SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and women candidates.
Processing Fee: Mandatory for all categories.
Candidates from SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and women categories must pay Rs 250. For Unreserved, OBC and EWS applicants, the fee is Rs 1750 for Group A posts and Rs 1050 for Group B and C posts. Fees can be paid through debit cards, credit cards, internet banking or UPI.
