Bengaluru Tuesday Traffic Has People Frustrated. Locals Say ‘Romans Called It Jam & For Us, It’s Social Gathering’
Bengaluru and traffic jams go hand in hand, and almost everyone living in the city has accepted it as a part of daily life. But commuters said today morning, November 18, was much worse than usual. Many office-goers were stuck for long periods, barely able to move on major routes.
A man on Reddit shared a photo showing a sea of vehicles, bikes, cars, and trucks all packed tightly on the road. The picture has caught a lot of attention online as people relate to the struggle of travelling in Bengaluru on a weekday.
Commuters Claim ‘2.5x More Traffic' Today
The photo shows a long line of two-wheelers and cars stuck bumper-to-bumper. A red bus is also visible ahead, along with large trucks blocking the road space. Most riders can be seen wearing backpacks and helmets, moving slowly in a situation where they have no choice but to wait.
The post was shared with the title, “What is this on Tuesday morning." Many users jumped into the comments, saying today's traffic felt like “2.5 times higher than normal."
Uploaded just a few hours ago, it has already received over 300 upvotes and many comments from people sharing their own frustration.
