Amit Shah to camp in Patna to sort out differences among allies

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will stay in Patna until the assembly elections. He aims to resolve differences among NDA partners and boost coordination. Shah will also encourage miffed leaders and workers to support the alliance. He is scheduled to hold meetings and address public gatherings. Shah will return after Diwali and again after the Chhath festival.
New Delhi: Union home minister Amit Shah will camp in Patna till assembly elections to sort out differences between NDA partners and ensure coordination with allies on the ground. He will also persuade miffed NDA leaders and workers to work for the alliance's victory.
From October 16 to October 18, Shah will be in Patna and hold organisational meetings, meet partners and address a few public meetings. Shah's schedule is not yet finalised but he is likely to be present in some candidate nomination meetings.
Shah will take a Diwali break and will be back in Patna on October 22 for another four days. He will return to Delhi on October 25 and will visit the state after the Chhath festival which ends on October 28.

Sources told ET that Shah is personally monitoring the campaign and has assigned specific responsibilities to leaders from other states.
