AILET 2026 Admit Card Released At nationallawuniversitydelhi.in; Check Exam Pattern
The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026 admit card has been released and can be accessed on the official website at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates who applied for the exam can access the admit cards by keying in their application number on the official website. The exam is scheduled for December 14 in a single shift from 2 PM to 4 PM.
Step 1: Visit the official website of NLU Delhi at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in
Step 2: Click on the AILET admit card link available on the homepage
Step 3: Then, a new page will be displayed on the screen
Step 4: The admit card will be displayed on the screen. Download and take a printout of the same for future use.
Prior to downloading the admit card, candidates must cross-check the hall tickets to look for any errors on it. They must cross-check the spelling of their name and exam name, registration number, exam venue and time, etc. In case of any kind of discrepancies, candidates must report to the authorities at the earliest.
The exam is held in the pen-and-paper mode featuring an OMR sheet. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to a deduction of one mark.
The AILET 2026 UG programme exam consists of three sections with a total of 150 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark, adding up to 150 marks. The test duration is 120 minutes.
The sections are:
Section A: English Language (50 questions; 50 marks).
Section B: Current Affairs & General Knowledge (30 questions; 30 marks).
Section C: Logical Reasoning (70 questions; 70 marks).

In the logical reasoning section, legal principles might be used to evaluate logical aptitude, but no prior legal knowledge or technical understanding is needed for the exam.
The National Law University (NLU) conducts the AILET every year for admission to the BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD programmes across institutes in the country.
