AIIMS INI SS Counselling January 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Today, Check Details
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi is slated to announce the results for round 1 of the Institute of National Importance Super-Specialty (INI SS) counselling 2025 seat allocation today, December 29, 2025. Candidates can view the results on the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in, once out.
Reporting for round 1 will commence tomorrow, December 30, 2025 from 11 am onwards and continue till January 6, 2026 up to 5 pm. Detailed guidelines on the website must be followed to ensure acceptance within the specified period. Failure to complete the reporting and acceptance within the allotted timeframe may result in forfeiture of the assigned institute and seat.
Step 1: Visit the AIIMS official website, aiimsexams.ac.in.
Step 2: Go to the INI SS Counselling 2025 tab and click on the ‘Round 1 Result' link.
Step 3: Enter your login details, including your registration number and password, and click on the “Submit" option.
Step 4: The INI SS Counselling 2025 Round 1 Results will be displayed. Review the assigned course and institute.
The INI SS 2025 counselling process began after the merit list publication and the first round of seat distribution. The counselling results show the institute and course assigned to each candidate based on their choices and entrance exam performance.
Once the counselling results are announced, the INI SS seat allocation is final and cannot be changed. Those who received seats must complete the admission process within the given timeframe.

The Institute of National Importance Super-Specialty Entrance Test is conducted by AIIMS for applicants to Post-Doctoral courses, DM/MCh/MD-Hospital Administration at 11 institutions nationwide, including eight AIIMS.
The AIIMS INI SS January 2026 results were issued on December 2, 2025. In the Stage 1 exam pattern for all participating institutes, there were 80 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark, with negative marking applicable. Those who cleared Stage 1 had to appear for Stage 2 which was worth 20 marks. Applicants aiming for AIIMS seats need to achieve a combined score of 50 per cent across both stages. If a candidate scores more than 50 per cent in Stage 1 but does not meet the overall combined score requirement, they will not qualify for the AIIMS seat allotment.
